What career progression opportunities are available post-apprenticeship?

From Day 1 at LBG, apprentices are permanent colleagues. You must stay in role for 12 months but can progress in your career after the 12 months (providing the job that you are applying for relates to the asks of your apprenticeship). Post programme, you stay within your role but can apply for other opportunities with the skills, experience, behaviours and professional qualification that you gained during your apprenticeship.
