Apprenticeship Manager
You work as part of a team in the People and Places function so could be doing anything from colleague HR support to talent and development. You are working on the apprenticeship for c 18 months and dedicate 20% of your time to learning the knowledge. You join a cohort of other apprentices across the UK and have support from your day to day line manager. You will also have a training coach from the training provider to support you.
