Hello! Thanks for your question. A typical day for an apprentice would vary depending on the industry and the specific scheme chosen. Here is an overview of what a day might look like.
Start at the workplace: begin your day the workplace, team meeting or briefing to kick off the day and to discuss the days tasks and objectives.
Hands on training: working alongside experienced colleagues, learning practical skills and applying theoretical knowledge to real world tasks.
Lunch break: a break to rest and recharge, often used to socialise and network with colleagues or review notes.
Classroom learning: depending on the programme chosen, attend classes or workshops, maybe onsite or a training centre, these sessions cover the theoretical aspects of trade or profession.
Continued practical work: hands on training, work on projects, or tasks
Skill development: develop specific skills, complete assignments, work on assessments
Review and feedback: review session might be applicable.

Thanks for the insight Sophie! Seems like a very productive day. Would I be paired with a mentor to discuss my progress and development at the end of the day/week/month?

Hi- Progress in terms of your apprenticeship will be reviewed on a regular basis with you skills coach. In terms of a mentoring you can opt to have a mentor then the time you meet will be decided by both parties.
