i'm not sure how to answer your question whether you mean success in applying or longer career. If you mean in the application process we are trying to assess potential which means we will review what you've done so far through school and wider activity but we're trying to use the assessment to understand how well you'll get on within the apprenticeship ie your potential

Sorry, I had a longer question but then it said the title was too long😀


I was more thinking about how you are assessed as an apprentice. For example, what type of framework is used for development meetings? Does this mirror LBG's own performance management? What criteria are used? Weightings? SMART targets? That kind of thing.
