Hiya!
Absolutely, in my team we work in an agile fashion, with regular ceremonies such as daily syncs, sprint retrospectives, planning sessions and refinement sessions. We work in two week sprints and try our work with Jira. I really enjoy working in this fashion as I am in charge of my work load
We then use teams for messaging and video calls
