What does community look like for a new apprentice

Is there days where Apprentice are able to connect with those that came before them ?

Sometimes it may be better to heat from people that were once in your position

All apprentices will join a cohort of other apprentices starting at the same time. You will also meet apprentices who have previously completed the programme to share hints and tips.

I’m just in my final months of my apprenticeship. There has been a great deal of support through the apprenticeship community. We had training away from office together as a cohort, where we were with the rest of the cohort.

On the first day, we met all the apprentices in our hub, we started a group chat and we meet up most times we are in the office. We also met apprentices from previous cohorts and I’ve kept in contact with them.

There are lots of guilds and communities across the group you can join that are outside of your apprenticeship too.

This is very warming to hear, it can be scary starting somewhere new but having that community can help a whole lot! thank you Both
