Hi, Thank you for your question. You don't necessarily need experience in HR for the graduate schemes interview. Any sort of experience would be useful to talk about that could link with the skills ideal for HR. For example, communication. The interview will also focus on the values of LLoyds, so good to have an example to talk about for each value.
