What training is provided for newly-hired graduates?

Hi, training will be determined by the Graduate programme you join. However, throughout your journey, you will be working towards a professional qualification relevant to your programme which is more formal and then through each placement you will receive a variety of training relevant to the role you are in. During my programme I studied the Chartered Banker professional qualification. I then received so much additional support and training for each placement. I found that colleagues are so supportive within the Group and are always willing to support one another - its a collaborative culture. There is also additional courses and training days scheduled for graduates to go on, over the course of the programme. I found these to be very helpful as they are tailored to supporting you to understand yourself, your capabilities and your career goals. It is also an opportunity to network with other Graduates from different programmes.
