What would be the training process during the graduate scheme?

Hi Anastasia, thank you for your question! From day 1, you will go through general training relevant to Lloyds Banking Group, introducing you to the organisation, how everything works, your role, benefits, policies and any other general information that will help you with starting your journey at LBG. The training can be completed at your own pace and time and it will be a set of videos, text and interactive material. You will also be provided with a number of tools and resources such as Plurarsight and Percipio to practice your existing skills and gain a better understanding of tools and software that your team works with. You're free to explore and learn new topics or choose to improve your skills on topics you're already familiar with Finally, as part of the graduate scheme, you will have the opportunity to work towards some professional qualifications such as DevOps Foundations, Azure Fundamentals and Modern Engineering Accelerator that will be very helpful for your role not only in your first placement but throughout the graduate scheme. :)
