What would you say is the most important thing you learned in the Finance grad scheme and how has it helped your career?

Hi Kristina Great question! Obviously I've learned so much over my time on the scheme it's difficult to pick just one, but I think the most important thing for me is that your technical knowledge when you start in a role or join a new team is definitely not the most important thing! Nobody expects you to know it all on day 1, it's more about having that willingness to learn and build relationships, and remembering that there's never a silly question. The technical knowledge will build over time, often fairly quickly, and be different in different roles. However, your approach and attitude will be the thing that sets you apart and makes starting a new placement a lot easier, and more enjoyable! Hope that helps!
