Some of the most valuable things I have learned since joining Lloyds are how to manage your time, prioritise things, and to embed learning in your daily life. I have seen by example that learning here has a lot of value and is encouraged in many ways. Since starting almost 6 months ago I have gained many valuable technical and soft skills among the others mentioned.
