Being able to really make a difference for people - in my current role, I particularly support colleagues serving our customers, but knowing the work that I do can help them and make their lives easier is really important to me. I also get a chance to work on the Colleague and Culture Plans in my area, which means I get to influence the Inclusion and Diversity agenda, as well as career path activities and generally things that make Lloyds just a brilliant place to work.
