Thanks for your question. The key motivation for me is knowing that the work I do supports customers and colleagues. I have the opportunity to contribute to our vision and to demonstrate the values that make the culture at LBG. My skills are utilised but I also have the opportunity to learn new things and to develop in to other roles within the organisation.
