Hi Tosin, a key motivation for me is to continuously learn and to challenge myself. I enjoy learning something new and will always encourage other to do the same and seek opportunities to push themselves out of their comfort zone. This keeps me on my toes and helps me to learn new skills and gain invaluable experience for my future career.
