Yes certainly, so currently my day to day role is everything Graduate Software Engineering. I have on average around 4-5 meetings daily with various stakeholders to discuss progression points against various milestones. Currently it is assessment centre season, so i am working on mapping assessors against 18 Assessment days ensuring we are offering the best possible insight whilst creating a level playing field for all our candidates. Lots of my day to day role includes touhpoints between various value streams sourcing placements and rotation principles whilst also looking ahead to 2023/2024 and 20225
