I think the balance is brilliant, I am very much given the freedom to manage my own time and that helps me make my own calls on how the balance should be at any given time.

I have always found Lloyds Banking Group to be very willing to support my work-life balance as my needs have changed during my career. When I returned from maternity leave, my request to work reduced hours was accommodated whilst ensuring I had a suitable and challenging role to fulfil.
Saying that, work-life balance is also down to the individual - having the confidence to take time when you need it, switch off from work, and not apologise for that.
