What advice would you have for the Job Insight assessment to stand out compared to other candidates?

Hi Dinesh, its worth thinking about why you have applied for that particular programme and what strengths you can bring. The job insight stage is also an an opportunity for you to get an insight in to the organisation and the programme. As to the final interview again please consider and think about your motivations and why you really want to join the programme, its also worth considering any trends pertinent to the programme within the market that are occuring. Its also worth considering what you enjoy and what energises you and what doesnt. Also come with lots of questions for us!

Thanks for the follow up questions. The job insight assessment is split in to different sections which aims to understand your strengths and future potential, your motivations for applying for the programme and assess your analytical capability. There is a combination of formats included reading, written, listening and speaking.
