Hi Charlotte! The best advice I can provide is to remain calm and be confident. It is really important to complete the assessment in a quiet place, free from distractions and have a calculator in hand. Make sure all your housemates know you will be busy for the full 90 minutes and ensure they don't disturb you. With the assessment, trust your initial thoughts and ensure you have read through our values and aim as a business beforehand.

In terms of working hours - this can vary depending on the kind of team/department you are in. Even with Commercial Banking the range of placements are large. Your line manager will discuss your hours with you before you start but remember - they will be flexible!
