Good evening Sara! For the Commercial Banking assessment centre day, I'd recommend that you make sure that you really know why you want to work for Lloyds Banking Group and why exactly you want to be on the Commercial Banking Scheme. I'd also recommend staying up date with general financial / economic news and if it's virtual (like mine was) then try and get good connection, see how you look & sound on camera etc to make sure it runs smoothly from your end - but don't worry if you do have issues, I missed part of the group exercise due to shoddy connection and I still made it! And also come prepared with some questions that you would ask a commercial banker, hope this helps
