One that stands out for me is our strong, meaningful relationships with our clients! By building those relationships over time we retain our customers and also gain new ones - whilst providing excellent, personal services.

Hi Almaz, thank you! What would you say then is unique about LBG in the way you create and maintain your relationships with your clients?

I believe it is a mixture of providing that excellent service and connecting with customers - for example, we may have a client that we've previously interacted with but then we might go back and pitch something new to them, something they might have not thought of before. It's definitely about going above and beyond!
