Hi Don. The Commercial Banking scheme allows you to see a large variety of teams within the Commercial Bank. I believe it sets you up for a good future in the banking industry.

Dear Ritvik, I've applied for the Commercial Banking programme, going throught the process of interview atm. I would like to ask what the SJT process was like for you? Also, as I know LBG is very customer-focused. I would like to ask, what do you do on a regular basis to assist customers and clients to succeed and also contribute to achieving LBG's objectives?

The process of SJT was similar to a lot of other psychometric assessments. LBG is very customer focused - you are correct. It depends on the team which you work in - i work in a relationship management role for smaller businesses in the north west - helping businesses needs by finding solutions to their credit needs - this is obviously a really clear role where you can see that you are helping britain prosper and fulfilling lloyds' values!
