I have a 1 year old son - would my opportunities in the scheme be restricted by taking placements in only one place?
Additional information
I live in a commuter city close to London, so accessing there is easy, but am obviously willing to travel or move for the scheme if my experience would be hindered by remaining in one place

Hi Jake! I wouldn't be to worried about that, currently the bank is still transitioning back to a hybrid way of working, and is very accommodating of peoples work life balance. Most Data Science teams are based in London, so if its not to hard for you to commute into London that should be fine.

Hi Jake! I wouldn't be too worried - as Jacob said, the Group is very accommodating and we champion flexibility. When I was on the scheme, I stayed in London / surrounding areas for all of my placements and wouldn't say that my opportunities were restricted or that I missed out on anything.
