Thank you
This role involves big data and machine learning, how does the software engineering scheme differ from the Data Science Scheme?

Software Engineer IP

Completely agree with Rebecca! I would like to add proactiveness as well. In order to take the most out of the position you should try and expose yourself to different situations as much as possible. In that way you will get diversity in the work you will be doing and gain a lot of qualities that might be far beyond the requirements of the position
! Good luck!

Emerging Talent Programme Manager

Hi Ololade, I'd suggest having a look at our website to compare the Data Science and Software Engineering graduate schemes (https://www.lloydsbankinggrouptalent.com/graduates/our-graduate-schemes/). They are both 2 years and would include 3x 8month placements, but would provide you with the different development and experience to help you become competent Data Scientist or Software Engineer, depending on which programme. For awareness, our Data Science scheme is now closed for applications.
