Completely agree with Rebecca! I would like to add proactiveness as well. In order to take the most out of the position you should try and expose yourself to different situations as much as possible. Hi Ololade, I'd suggest having a look at our website to compare the Data Science and Software Engineering graduate schemes (https://www.lloydsbankinggrouptalent.com/graduates/our-graduate-schemes/). They are both 2 years and would include 3x 8month placements, but would provide you with the different development and experience to help you become competent Data Scientist or Software Engineer, depending on which programme.
