What would you say are the top 5 qualities to have to excel in Commercial Banking?

Hi Artjona, I'm currently on my first rotation on the Commercial Banking scheme. I would say the top five qualities would be 1) being willing to get involved and put yourself forward for new tasks, 2) taking an organised approach to work, 3) strong communication skills and reaching out to your team regularly, 4) being inquisitive and showing a real interest in what your team are working on, and 5) having a forward-thinking attitude to generate new ideas and embrace change.
