What are the major milestones you'd expect a comercial banking graduate to hit in the first few months at the company?

I started at the end of September and am currently on my client products rotation on the CB grad scheme. The first couple of months have been largely focussed on understanding the different products and services on offer with LBG (this might be because I'm doing the products rotation). This has involved meeting people across client products and going through a programme called the ADP (accelerated development programme), which provides a high level overview of each Lloyds product area within the CB, the team structure and their purpose in meeting the Group strategy. It's all about understanding the bank and meeting people! It's been a very fun first few weeks.
