Commercial Banking Graduate
Hi Oliver,
I am only on my first rotation - started 2 months ago.
I will share my thoughts based off my experiences so far:
- vast levels of responsibility given
- friendly culture within the team and willing to spend time to help you grow
- structured induction and training so there is some stability when you start
- Non-hierarchical - can reach out to senior managers and have a catchup with ease - very receptive to this sort of thing
