Hi Emily, thank you for your question! Personally I would say understand the company values and what it is actually that makes it a good company that you would want to work for. Be honest and be yourself, don’t try to appear as someone that you think the company might like. Just be yourself and genuinely get interested in the company culture and value to see if they align with yours.
