Additional information

I know in some company’s, some people may face the problem which is their colleagues or manager will not friendly to them, might not respond email or give a lots pressure, especially for the person who come from other countries. Will this happened before in Lloyde?

Thanks for your question. The culture in LBG is very collaborative and inclusive. There will be plenty of support during the programme. I'll let Krisztian tell you more about his experience.

Hi Jiyuan, thank you for your question. In my personal experience everyone is very friendly within the company and you'll get to work with a diverse team, coming from a wide range of backgrounds. I have personally came from another country and never felt that this would have been an issue and felt welcomed from my first day at the company :)

Hi Jiyuan, I have only joined the bank two months ago but the working environment was so far very inclusive, friendly and supportive. I can ask questions to anyone knowing that I will be supported and encouraged to learn more! As Krisztian said above- everyone will make you feel welcomed!

The working environment will differ depending on what team you are in but the overarching vibe is that everyone is supportive and pleasant. The teams know you are a graduate and new to the role, and so they are supportive of your development
