What is it like working with LBG, just wondering about the working environment and the opportunities to improve?

Hi, in my experience so far the working environment ha been super welcoming and everyone is always more than happy to help, have a chat and explain things. It's also a great opportunity to network with people in all different roles and levels! There are definitely many opportunities to improve as there are mentors who will show you different project, support you learning new tech and learning about different aspects of the role etc

Thanks for your response, Also i would like to know if they train their staff regularly on modern technology and also if a staff becomes interested in a different technology e.g from software engineering to something like AWS Architecture, or AI. Will LBG support the staff and encourage the staff to work in the new area of interest within the LBG?

Yeah for sure, everyones encouraged to learn and try new things! So for example im doing soft eng in my team right now, but i expressed an interest in machine learning and was able to have a call with someone in that department and ask questions about their current projects etc

Or will the staff be asked to leave the company since he was initially employed as Software Engineering and now want to change to something different after couple of years with LBG

A lot of people i've met here so far have been in the company for many years but within that, they've been in multiple different teams and upskilled to different roles so definitely explore any other interests too:)

Any idea when the next assessment will be? i did my coding assessment last month and my score is 60 but since then i have not heard back from LBG regarding to the next assessment

Or doe it mean i failed the assessment?

The assessments will still be under review and get back to you soon - definitely doesn't mean you failed!! I only heard back in January after mine
