Hi, I'm pretty new to Lloyds (been here 7 months ish) and my experience has been really good so far! Even though I'm a newbie I feel fully accepted into my team and I'm treated as an equal. The general atmosphere is really good as they're always encouraging self development and learning.

I've spoken to a lot of people who have been at the bank for over 30 years and I think they stayed because they feel valued, their working hours are flexible which is especially helpful if they have kids, their benefits are good, and they are encouraged to take up new roles within the bank if they want career progression or a new challenge.

I have to also echo what Rebecca has said. Me and Rebecca work for different brands in LBG but I have also had a very positive experience and you definitely get treated as part of the team from day one

I second Rebecca and Bethany, I started on a graduate scheme in 2017 and have always felt like a valued member of the teams I have been a part of. My managers have always been supportive in my career moves and learning has been a priority throughout.
