What has been your experience of flexible working?

Hi! We have a number of different options to support flexible working, including where you work (using multiple locations and offices depending on your role), when you work (reduced hours, job sharing, compressed hours) and also the roles themselves (job sharing, secondments). It's really up to an individual and the business to agree what works for both! My personal experience has been really positive and I've been able to integrate my work and my personal lives together - people are very supportive when you need to flex your hours or take time off to help you with whatever is going on personally at the time.
