What has been your experience of flexible working?

Hi! My experience of flexible working has been excellent. Prior to the pandemic I was able to work from home at least one day a week and if desired, longer if agreed with my line manager. Obviously, throughout the pandemic working from home has been mandatory. However, I love being in the office and interacting with my colleagues face to face. Ways of working are going to change in many companies, including LBG, post-pandemic. It's likely that this will mean even greater freedom and flexibility in future to define how you want to work.
