Have done my assessment since 11th of September, do you have any idea when the next assessment centre is taking place?

The assessment centres tend to last the best part of the day. They consist of several assessments each looking for different skills and strengths

On the day of the assessment centre you can expect a mixture of individual and group activities. Some will be directly related to your scheme, and some will be about lloyds in general.

My assessment centre took place in February after my initial application to the scheme was in September

Okay thanks, are the assessment centre related to what has been done in the online asssessment like the situational judgement test, replying to emails and coding exercises

During the assessment centre we will measure your strengths through a series of exercises, some of which will be similar to what you have done already. There will be an interview, a group exervise and a number of individual exercise.

I understand that the programme starts in September 2024 but how long does it take get feedback on the successful applicants after the assessment centre tasks?

Lucky, after the assessment centre we try to give you an outcome within a 2-3 weeks. If for some reason we cannot adhere to this we will let you know
