Group/individual work balance
Additional information
Specifically for Parsia M. as I am interested in Corp. Banking and Markets: Based on your experience at Lloyds (summer or graduate in this division), what would you say is the balance between group work (i.e. team meetings, group research projects)and individual work (i.e. reports, individual research, reviews etc)? Thanks!

Hi Archie, so this really does depend on the team that you go in. If you are in a coverage facing team, you could see that a lot of your time is in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, though you will still have your own individual work load to complete so balancing your time is key.
If you are in a deal based team, you could see a lot of the work is team based, and a lot of your time will involve collaborating with your team and having regular catch ups in teams. The work you do could be working on a credit paper, doing a financial model, or creating a pitch.
A team in risk could entail having more individual work rather than group work. If you have any further questions please let me know!
