I would say showing your knowledge of the organisation, showing why you're interested in Lloyds Banking Group, what is it about Lloyds that appeals to you and also why Lloyds Banking Group is for you - in terms of fit and aspirations...Understanding the values, mission and purpose of the bank will help you shape your answers and let you know what qualities you focus on. But ultimately, be yourself!

Definitely helps to do your research! You can find the values on the public site page and think about what you can add to the culture of the organisation. Also showing that you can work with others and collaborate is something that really stands out at assessment centres!

What sections of the website or where specifically do you recommend looking for the company values and culture?

It's also about doing broader research about the organisation and what we offer and what we do. Many people think we're just a bank but we offer quite a few different products.
