In my opinion, LBG has a great set of values including customer focus as we recognise meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional service is important for long term success. This allows us to build trust, loyalty and satisfaction for business growth. Also, innovation as change is a key part of the business to make better improvements and drive sustainable growth. Lastly, collaboration as Lloyds emphasise teamwork and cooperation amongst it's employees to achieve common goals and foster a supportive work environment
