Hi, my main tips to help you stand out would be to show your passion for HR and just being yourself. You can demonstrate your interest in people profession and how it aligns with your career goals by mention any relevant coursework, volunteer work, or personal experiences that sparked your interest in this area. Secondly, authenticity is key - let your personality shine through in your application and interview. Lloyds Bank values diversity and the assesors will defientely want to see what makes you unique.

Good luck with your application! If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.
