My top 3 tips to prepare for the application process are:
(1) Make sure your personality shines through all elements of the application process. Let your personality shine through in your application and online assessment. LBG really values diversity and the assesors will definitely want to see what makes you unique.
(2) Take time to learn about the business.
(3) Keep up-to-date with what is happening in the Financial Services sector. Key trends, opportunities, etc.
