Hi, during the assessment centre stage you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and experience, bringing this to life through a number of activities. I would say be yourself and think about your strengths, what you can bring to the Graduate Scheme if you were successful and your motivation for applying. Lloyds Banking Group are looking for a breadth of experience, personality and candidates with the drive and potential to learn and grow within the Group. Also think about your personal values and have a look at how these align to the Group values. Good luck.
