I currently work for the group and was wondering if there was any advice you could give in relation to gaining more experience that would help with my application to the programme such as buddying, mentoring etc.

Hi Robbie, for the Risk Management scheme I would check out the Risk Division Colleague Sharepoint Site. On there you will find out information regarding Career Development, understanding job families, different teams etc. I would also recommend looking for a mentor in the Risk division and maybe undertaking some shadowing
