Hi Chloe - a typical day on the Risk scheme depends on the team that you are placed in. As Risk is such a broad area of the bank that deals with a wide variety of things, one person working in a support risk function such as Risk Assurance may have a very different day to day experience than someone working in the Business Support Unit, for example. In my opinion, one way to stand out is to be as keen as possible and put yourself forward for extra 'side of desk' duties, as there are a lot of excellent opportunities and teams that you can join external to your day to day team. Hope this helps and good luck!
