Risk Management Graduate
Hi Mike - the Risk Management scheme currently consists of four 6 month placements across different areas of Risk within the organisation. After completing your placements you 'roll-off' the graduate scheme into a permanent role. One major perk of the Risk graduate scheme is that it gives you the freedom to experience a wide variety of Risk areas so you can roll-off into something you enjoy doing, but also gives you the opportunity to shine throughout your placements and potentially roll-off into a more senior role. Once you are in a permanent role that is when you can start rising through the ranks of seniority. Hope this helps!
