What challenges will I face as a Risk graduate? Or what is the hardest part of your job as a graduate? Thank you.

Risk Manager
I remember on our first day as grads we had a 2 day welcome event, and one of the previous graduates said we should try and "get comfortable with being uncomfortable". What she meant was that being a grad you move placements fairly regularly, may be in unfamiliar territory and definitely won't know everything. That's probably the toughest thing about being a grad but it can also be really exciting. You won't get bored in a role, you'll often be doing a variety of activities, and it's a great way to learn.
