Hi Tingyu! I'm currently in my second rotation of the Risk Management scheme, and so far the thing which I've enjoyed most about the job, is the fact that it's so varied, as we do placements across different areas of risk, so get exposed to lots of different Risk Areas within the bank. I think this has really helped me gain lots of different and unique skills, which I'm sure will help me in my career journey! Additionally everyone in my teams I've been in have all been so supportive and really helped me to learn a lot.

Hi Tingyu. I love working in Risk as it is such a large division (we have over 2000 colleagues) and there are so many opportunities/different career paths that you could take. The culture is incredibly inclusive, focused on career development and progression and our leaders genuinely care about colleague wellbeing. Risk is a great place to work!
