Hi Harry, i am on the Finance Graduate Scheme and have had many highlights! I am currently on my 'Customer' placement which i am really enjoying. The work i do is based in mortgages and not a finance focused role - this has allowed me to develop new skills. Last week i had the opportunity to shadow a Business Development Manger and meet mortgage brokers - getting to speak to new people and different stakeholders has been my highlight of this placement. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your answers, I appreciate the responses. Following on from your answer James, you say you are currently in the 'Customer' placement. Do you know the focus of the 4 different placements you will be engaging in through your time in the Finance Graduate Scheme?

Yes, the first placement is 'Core Finance' (Bristol), the next placements are then 'Customer' (London), 'Insight & Analysis' (London) and 'Business Partnering' (London).
