Hi Harry, i am on the Finance Graduate Scheme and have had many highlights! I am currently on my 'Customer' placement which i am really enjoying. The work i do is based in mortgages and not a finance focused role - this has allowed me to develop new skills. Last week i had the opportunity to shadow a Business Development Manger and meet mortgage brokers - getting to speak to new people and different stakeholders has been my highlight of this placement. Yes, the first placement is 'Core Finance' (Bristol), the next placements are then 'Customer' (London), 'Insight & Analysis' (London) and 'Business Partnering' (London).
