Hi Deniz, what surprised me the most was how invested everyone is in your development/learning. Everyone is happy to answer your questions/take time out of there day to teach and assist.
In terms of what I have enjoyed the most, I have taken personal satisfaction in approaching the challenge of developing the technical financials skills needed in order to add value. As a history student, this did not come naturally but confronting the challenge is exciting.
