Hi, the level of responsibility will depend on the grad scheme and role you're in. However, you are treated as any other employee on the team, expected to get involved and given real tasks / responsibilities. You are supported through it all, it is appreciated you are a grad so support is available at all times to develop as you need but also not treated as though you're an outsider of any kind!
