I have a lot of autonomy in my role but also feel really supported. I work with 2 other colleagues at the same level and we tend to divide up responsibilities between us and then running a review is on my shoulders. So I cover everything from initial contact with stakeholders, introducing them to the review process, discussing changes and then actually building the content in our new site. I have daily discussions with my colleagues where we troubleshoot and peer review each other and we can defer to our manager if we need additional support.
