Hi Claire, I am on my second rotation now and have been challenged on both placements. We work on real projects and are given responsibility on our roles.

Hi Claire! I'm currently on my second rotation as part of the Risk Management Grad scheme, and it's safe to say there have been challenges along the way, but they're ones which I've learnt lots from! So in my experience, in my first placement I was given a fair amount of responsibility from the start, and admittedly I felt a bit out of my depth, but I had lots of support from my team and manager!

Hi Daniela and Rhys, thank you! could I also ask you both what your favourite part of working at Lloyds is, or a favourite experience with the group?

Hi, I have also applied for the Risk Management role. Which areas have your rotations been in? What's the most valuable lesson you have learnt so far?

Personally I really have nothing bad to say! As I say I've been in two different teams, and both have been super supportive which is really reassuring, and I'm confident that the same can be said for pretty much everyone across the schemes. My favourite experience has been the social side of the job, particularly meeting up with our whole cohort for the first time after lockdowns, and make new friends along the way

Jess, so far I've been placed in teams which focus on conduct risk and strategic risk predominantly (which are miles apart in the sort of work that gets done) - I think the most important thing I've learnt so far is to always deliver on something if I've said I will, or if I know I'm going to miss a deadline to be very open and honest about it - people are very understanding, and of course people have a lot more respect if you've been truthful!

Thank you! That must have been fantastic getting to meet everyone in person, its so reassuring hearing how trusting Lloyds are of graduates and the friendly, inclusive culture
