Hi Egzon, as I'm sure is similar for you, you expect working in a bank to be very high pressure and numerically-orientated, but it's really not stressful like you'd expect! And of course being on a grad scheme I expected to be given jobs which nobody else really wants to do, but in truth you're actually given a good level of responsibility, and well supported within your role!

Risk Management Graduate
Hi Franci, there's lots to say about Risk Management, I hardly know where to start!! I think Risk Management is super important because it plays a central part in keeping the group and our customers safe, so it's a role I'm proud to play a part of. One area I particularly enjoy is the varied work I do, as there's so much on and we do placements across various risk types so get to learn so much, which i'm sure will be very valuable in my career.
